How to Use the Timer

First, click on steak or roast, then choose your cut. Next, choose its thickness. For steaks, you can then choose its weight or size depending on the cut. For roasts, choose its weight. Then select your desired doneness (this will range from rare to well-done). Finally, chose your cooking method. Review, and “start timer” when you’re ready to begin cooking!

Keep in mind to keep the webpage OPEN to allow the timer to run properly.
